Meg arrived in March of 2021
Megs sire is "Shep" and her grandfather is "Sweep" bred by RJ Hutchinson. Her lines go back to England & Wales.
Megs dam is Holman's Joy Bred by John Holman of Nebraska
Meg has been Owner Trained, Handled and trialed!
Meg enjoys working in Large Flock Trials, Arena Trials, Ranch Trials and French Trials. This little girl will sort a small pen or she'll cover stock in the field.
Meg has her AKC & AHBA Championship
Meg with her handler, Lisa earned her AKC Herding Championship at age 3 & her HTCH Championship in the AHBA at age 2.
We are now concentrating on Field Courses and also having fun on Ranch Courses.
Meg goes High in Trial & Reserve High in Trial and High Combined over 1 weekend on The D Ranch Course in Nevada under judge Deborah Pollard from California
Meg really enjoys working the Ranch courses. We start out in an open field with an outrun and gather, go through some panels & Obstacles & and do several tasks on a ranch including gate sorting, loading a trailer and moving stock quietly from one place to another. Every course is different and that's what makes it fun!
